Welcome to An Grianán National School, located in the heart of Mount Temple village near Moate in Co. Westmeath. We are a friendly, co-educational primary school for children from Junior Infants to Sixth Class. By offering a broad and balanced curriculum, along with many extracurricular opportunities, we aim to develop well-rounded learners who are prepared for the future.
Our school is rooted in a Catholic ethos, with strong partnerships between staff, pupils, parents, the Board of Management, the parish and the local community. Working together, we're committed to creating a caring, safe and happy environment where every child is valued and supported, regardless of background or ability. We encourage respect for ourselves and for others while helping children to do their best both personally and academically.
